By using Matchery, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Matchery is a platform for organizing and joining informal sports matches in Quebec. The service is provided as-is, without guarantee of permanent availability.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Matchery. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Matchery reserves the right to suspend any account violating these terms

By using Matchery, you agree to:

• Respect other users and sports venues
• Not post offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Not use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Not attempt unauthorized access to Matchery systems
• Honor commitments to matches you organize or join

Matchery is a connecting platform. We are not responsible for:

• Physical injuries occurring during matches
• User behavior
• Availability or condition of sports venues
• Match cancellations or changes by organizers

You participate in sporting activities at your own risk.

The name "Matchery", logo, and all content created by Matchery are protected. You may not reproduce or use these elements without written authorization.

Processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with Loi 25 and PIPEDA.

Matchery may modify these terms at any time. You will be notified via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal Canadian laws. Any dispute will be submitted to competent courts in Quebec.
